Booking Terms & Conditions

We always advise booking a table over the phone if you intend bringing your four legged friend especially so at the weekends as dog friendly tables can get snapped up rather quickly, call us on 01538 300324 to complete your booking. Alternatively you can specify that you are bringing a dog in the comments section of your online booking, just be aware that during busy times these comments may be accidentally overlooked. 

Our hot rock steaks are strictly offered on a first come first serve basis, once gone they've gone for that service period as there is a 90 minute turn around period e.g. cooling, cleaning, drying, reheating. Also note that they can only be served in multiples of four due to the size limitation of our kitchen pass so if you are a table of six all having hot rock steaks there will be a delay in the last two coming out.

For tables greater than six we have to join tables together which is why to book a table for more than six people (mid week) you have to give us a call or submit an enquiry, you can do this by clicking the 'CONTACT US' button at the top of the page & it will take you to the submit a message section. All tables over between 7-12 are subject to a preorder requirement off our normal menu without exception. 

Please note that WE DO NOT ACCEPT TABLES OVER 6 on Saturdays & Sundays due to how busy we get, equally we no longer accept for example two tables of 6 if you are a group of 12, the reason being such groups often refuse to order until everyone is seated which in effect makes you a table of 12 anyway & in our experience the larger the group the later people turn up often pushing your tables order into the next time slot which can affect other customers. Apologies but we have decided this through experience & dealing with larger tables in the past

WARNING: if you attempt to book a table for more than 6 people online i.e. book a table for 6 but say there are 7 or 9 or us coming in the comments section then your booking may be cancelled without notice as this is considered rude by the landlord. 

We can offer a selectively cut back menu for preorder Tuesday to Friday for groups of 13-40 people. The menu and strict terms and conditions are available under the Events & Group hosting page. 

For certain days or events i.e. Mothers day or a singer is featured, we require card reservations in order to secure your booking, such details are not held by us but by STRIPE in an encrypted & PCI compliant manner. No payment is taken unless you either cancel within a 24 hour period or fail to turn up, the fee is £15 per person & will be charged to your card.
